Dating back centuries is an idea that in the weeks following birth, a parent should be given the opportunity to heal, rest and bond with their baby. But in our fast-paced society, where we’re celebrated for 'bouncing back', we tend to neglect the profound impact overexertion childbirth can have.

The first six weeks after welcoming your baby into the world are a blend of remarkable yet intense moments. It's a crucial period where you also lay the groundwork for your future well-being. By prioritizing your own health, you're better equipped to care for your little one during their fourth trimester and beyond, fulfilling the vision you've always held of yourself as a parent.

Wearing the hats of a postpartum doula, trusted friend, personal assistant, confidante, and coach, I use my experience and expertise to curate epic experiences for parents to feel empowered in the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

My commitment is to honor the natural flow of your home environment during my visits, ensuring that I seamlessly integrate into your routine without causing any disruption to you or your baby's peace and comfort. I’m here to hold you in whatever capacity feels best for you and your family.
